BUDGAM, MAY 9: Hiurs after the murder of a 25-year-old man at Gurwaith Khansahib in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district, the Jammu Kashmir have arrested two people in the matter.
Identified as Fayaz Ahmed Najar, son of Abdul Rashid Najar of Gurwaith Khansaib, he was riding on a motorcycle at the time of attack. He was immediately rushed to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
The arrested accused include Tahir Bashir Khan, son of Bashir Ahmed Khan and Hilal Ahmed Lone, son of Abdul Ganie Lone, both residents of Kachwari Khansaib.
The cause of attack was yet to be ascertained.
A case (FIR 60/2022) was registered at Police Station Khansahib under section 302 IPC and investigation set into motion.
