NOWSHERA, APRIL 28: The Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday registered a case against unknown miscreants for dishonouring the national flag.
Giving details, a senior police officer said that on Wednesday evening, an information of dishonouring national flag was received wherein it was reported that a national flag was hoisted on the building of Sub District Hospital Nowshera where some unknown miscreant dishonoured the national flag.
Soon after receiving information, a team of police from Nowshera police station rushed to the spot and examined the site. A case FIR 68/2022 under section 2 – Prevention of Insult to National Honour Act has been registered in PS Nowshera and investigation set into motion.
