Mobile phone has become such an integral part of our lives that one can not imagine life without mobile phones which connects us with our loved ones living far from the home. However, for an area with population of more than 20,000 people, mobile connectivity was a dream till few months back.

The demand of the people to get mobile connectivity was realised with the proactive efforts of the district administration and support of the Indian Army with the installation of a tower and making it operational at Nawapachi in Marwah.

Pertinent to mention that as the Marwah valley remains cut off from rest of the world for months together and basic necessities like education and medical needs become extremely difficult. The commencing of mobile services by Reliance Jio, has ushered a new era of growth and development in Marwah Nawapachi.
