Congress president Sonia Gandhi has constituted a 3-member Committee to resolve the ongoing factionalism in Punjab Congress. Mallikarjun Kharge, Harish Rawat and JP Agarwal are the members of the Committee that will meet tomorrow in Delhi at the Congress War Room.
