Jammu and Kashmir | BSF Commandant and Medical Officer Dr Karnail Singh was today arrested by the CBI in connection with Sub Inspectors recruitment scam.
He leaked paper to dozen youth. His son Shubam Kala was also beneficiary of the scam.
