Jammu: A 7-year-old Bakarwal boy reportedly drowned in a local stream at Panjgrian near Nagrota on Wednesday.
Identified as Asif Ali, son of Showkat Ali, the boy has left home in the morning to take a bath in the nearly stream.

However, as he did not return home, local people along with policemen swung into action and found his clothes lying on the banks.
Later, during hours long search, his body was fished out of the stream. Police have registered a case and started investigations.
