J&K | A massive landslide in Samroli area of J&K’s Udhampur Dist has blocked Jammu-Srinagar NH-44. A portion of the road near Dewal Bridge, Samroli also got swept away in the landslide. No casualties or losses have been reported so far: Himat Singh, Dy SP Traffic Udhampur
It will take two days to clear the road. We appeal to the commuters to avoid travelling on National Highway for 2 days. Around 80-100 meters of the road got washed away and a JCB machine also swept into the river: Himat Singh, Dy SP Traffic Udhampur
