JAMMU, MAY 19: With reports of green gold getting reduced to ashes on a hill opposite Shri Mata Vaishno Devi shrine, forest fires continue to rage Trikuta Hills since Tuesday last.

Sources said that a massive fire had engulfed a vast stretch of forests on a hill opposite the holy shrine causing anxiety among pilgrims. The blaze was clearly visible to everybody from Bhawan area.
