JAMMU, MARCH 22: Yuvraj Vikramaditya Singh, eldest grandson of Maharaja Hari Singh, last Dogra ruler of undivided Jammu and Kashmir resigned from Congress on Tuesday.
In a letter to AICC president Sonia Gandhi, he said that the Congress is unable to realise no reflect the sentiments and aspirations of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
