Union Home Minister emphasized on proactive operations against terrorists and denying them safe haven or financial support. The Home Minister ordered further strengthening of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in Jammu & Kashmir to choke narco-terrorism: Ministry of Home Affairs
