Srinagar: Jammu Kashmir Police on Thrusday busted a militant hideout in Wayan area of Pampore in South Kashmir’s Awantipora.
A senior police officer disclosed that A joint team of Army’s 50 RR and 110 Battallion CRPF besides SOG personnel ‘busted a militant hideout’ during a search operation in carwa area of Wuyan.

They said that the joint team had launched a cordon-and-search-operation after receiving inputs about suspicious movement in wuyan area.
During search operation forces recovered clothes, eatable substances & ammunitions, the officer said.
