Jammu: International athlete from Jammu, Ravinder Singh has been nominated as member of the Khelo India Talent Identification Committee for North Zone (Athletics).
An order in this regard has been issued by the talent identification wing of the Sports Authority of India (SAI), Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.
Ravinder shall be part of the team will look into the talented stuff in J&K, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh.
Ravinder has the distinction of being as official and manager for international events held in the past. Senior vice president of the J&K Amateur Athletics Association, Ravinder Singh works with Department of Excise.
meanwhile, members of the J&K Amateur Athletics Association has complimented Ravinder Singh for the recognition at national level.
