CRPF inspector killed in exchange of gure with terrorists in Udhampur’s Dudu area

JAMMU, AUGUST 19: A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Inspector was killed on Monday after terrorists attacked a joint patrol party of CRPF and J&K Police in Udhampur district’s Dudu area.

The deceased has been identified as Inspector Kuldeep Singh. He was part of a joint team of CRPF and Police who were on routine area domination patrol at that time.

The contact with the terrorists got established when they suddenly opened fire on the patrol party, sources said, adding the members of the patrol party retaliated. In the exchange of fire, a CROF Inspector got killed.

Reinforcements have been rushed to the spot and whole area has been cordoned off.
