JAMMU, JUNE 17: Thousands of honeybees perished in fire that broke out suddenly in a bee colony R S Pura on late Sunday night.

The bees were kept in boxes in a bee colony, sources said, adding that fire tenders reached the spot and prevented the fire from spreading to other parts of the bee colony.
The cause of fire is yet t be ascertained.
