Bandipora, May 12: Security forces on Sunday claimed to have apprehended one terrorist associate along with huge arms and ammunition from a forest area in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
According to a senior police officer, a cordon and search operation was launched by a joint team of Army, police and CRPF following specific Information about the presence of terrorists in the area of Pathooot Forest in Bandipora.

The officer said the successful operation led to arrest of one terrorist associates besides the recovery of a huge cache of arms, ammunition.
He said a case in this regard has been registered in this regard.
