RAJOURI, MARCH 13: PDP president and former chief minister Mehbooba Mufti on Tuesday visited Dangri village near here to meet the families of those killed by militants in twin attacks on January 1-2.
She visited the house of Saroj Bala whose both the sons were killed by militants in firing on January 1 evening.

Saroj Bala reportedly told the visiting leader that while the government has paid her Rs 20 lakh ex-gratia and also deployed CRPF personnel on guard duty outside her residence, she in the absence of any help was facing difficulties in carrying out her daily chores like bringing ration, medicine etc from the market.
Other villagers also met the PDP leader and apprised her the situation prevailing in the area.
