Baramulla: Joint forces of Baramulla Police and 176 Bn CRPF on a specific information regarding presence of terrorists in Village Monchkhud Kunzer launched a joint CASO in the said village. During CASO two suspect persons were apprehended, identified as:-
- Khurshid Ahmad Khan S/O Mushtaq Ahmad Khan & 2. Reyaz Ahmad Khan S/O Gh Mohi ud Din Khan both residents of Zandpal Kunzer.
From their possession following recoveries were made :-
1.AK 47 Magazines- 2 No’s.
- AK 47 rounds- 15 No
- Blank posters of banned LeT (TRF) – 20 No’s.
During questioning both suspects revealed that they are working as terrorist associates with banned terrorist outfit LeT (TRF) and were taken into custody immediately.
It is pertinent to mention here that the terrorist associate obtained these illegal ammunition with intent to carry out terrorist activities in Kunzer and adjacent areas.
