JAMMU, NOVEMBER 7: The Jammu and Kashmir Police in a significant development on Monday arrested an al Qaeda operative from Ramban district in the Union Territory.
Identified as Amiruddin Khan, son of Mostafa Khan, R/o Mashita Haora, Weat Bengal. A Chinese grenade has been recovered from him.

An FIR No. 376/2022 u/s 7/25 Indian Arms Act, Sec 4 Explosive Act and 13, 20 UAPA has been registered at Ramban police station.
Police said that investigations in the case were in progress.
