J&K Govt terminates 3 more staffers under Art 311 (2) (c) of Constitution of India, over alleged terror links. They are Altaf Hussain Pandit, chemistry professor at Kashmir University; Mohd Maqbool Hajam, teacher in school education deptt; & Ghulam Rasool, a J&K police constable.

Prof. Altaf Hussain Pandit is associated with Jamaat-e-Islam, he crossed over to Pakistan for terror training & worked as a terror recruiter. He organized stone pelting & violent protests against killing of terrorists in 2011 and 2014.

Mohd Maqbool Hajam, a teacher in School Education department was a terror over ground worker (OGW) & used to radicalize people. He was part of a mob that attacked a police station in Sogam & other government buildings.

Ghulam Rasool, a constable of J&K Police acted as an informer to terrorists & used to tip-off them about anti-terror operations along with leaking the names of police personnel involved in anti-terror operations.
