JAMMU: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today conferred the “Lieutenant Governor’s Unit Citation” to the Fifth Battalion of the Jammu & Kashmir Light Infantry (Ashok Chakra Bn). The citation was received by CO of the Battalion at the Raj Bhavan.
