LG Manoj Sinha addressed a special event in New Delhi to commemorate birth anniversary of Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee. A true statesman, poet, writer, Atal Ji was indeed the greatest orator country has heard after Independence.

The big shift in economic reform was the brainchild of Atal Ji, who despite a large and difficult coalition partners, fast-tracked several futuristic policies including Golden Quadrilateral, PMGSY, disinvestment, Telecom revolution and Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan.

Through his sharp political understanding and cross-party appeal, Atal Ji significantly shaped the political discourse of his era. He also encouraged regional aspirations by giving centre-stage to smaller parties for larger national cause.
