Ooty, December 8: An Army helicopter with Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) General Bipin Rawat on board crashed near Ooty in Tamily Nadu on Wednesday.
The details are awaited, reports reaching here said, adding three people have been rescued so far while a search is on for the others.

Those rescued are reported to have sustained serious injuries and have been taken to Wellington Cantonment Hospital in Nilgiris district.
There were over a dozen people on board the crashed helicopter.
