Lt. Guv Manoj Sinha flagged off Jammu and Kashmir Police’s Rashtriya Ekta Diwas Motor Cycle rally. 30 Motor Cyclists led by DySP Gh Hassan will participate in the celebrations of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas (National Unity Day) at Kevadia, Gujarat on 31st October.
