A Milan Samaroh was organised by Indian Army’s Rising Star Corps on 09 Sep 2021 in Dehra Gopipur Tehsil, Kangra District (HP) for Veer Naris of bravehearts who laid down their lives in service of the nation. Mrs Aparna Ananth, Zonal President, AWWA interacted with the courageous ladies and felicitated them for their determination, resolve and sacrifice.
The event was organised as part of ‘Swarnim Vijay Varsh’, the Golden Jubilee celebrations of India’s victory in 1971 War.
Speaking to the Veer Naris, Mrs Aparna Ananth lauded their resoluteness and tenacity in overcoming life’s obstacles and assured them of all possible support and assistance by the Indian Army and Rising Star Corps.
The Milan Samaroh concluded with all attendees expressing their happiness and satisfaction in the care and concern extended by Indian Army towards its Veterans, Veer Naris and NOK Community.
