Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday suspended an SSP rank police officer for exhibiting conduct unbecoming of an officer as Member of the Recruitment Board for recruitment of constables fir two Border Battalions.

Identified as Maqsood Ul Zaman, Commandant IR-8th Bn, an order issued by Home Department said that he has been placed under suspension with immediate effect. During the period of suspension, he shall remained attached with the Police Headquarters.
