J&K | President Ram Nath Kovind addressed the 19th annual convocation of the University of Kashmir in Srinagar

“Close to 3 lakh students are receiving degrees today. I’m impressed by the numbers. The University has made remarkable progress,” said President Ram Nath Kovind

Just about half the students receiving degrees are women. Regarding gold medals, 70% of winners are women. It is a matter of satisfaction & pride that our daughters are ready to perform at the same level as our sons and sometimes even better: President Ram Nath Kovind
