LG R K Mathur attended a webinar on “Monuments of Culture & Patriotism”, organized by @NMANEWDELHI.

Paying homage to Dr S P Mukherjee on his death anniversary, LG stated that Ladakh as a UT owes its gratitude to late Dr. Mukherjee as abrogation of Art.370 was envisioned by him.

Addressing the webinar Lt. Governor R K Mathur spoke about 11 war monuments spread across #Ladakh & said that these are reminders of the courage, valour & sacrifice of our soldiers.
