Jammu: Veteran Sahayata Kendras established by Tiger Division in Jammu and Kaluchak areas has been proactive in supporting veterans and widows to assist them 24×7 in the challenging times of pandemic of COVID by establishing helpdesks. All possible help and support is being rendered like delivery of essintial items, Medicines, support during home Isolation, conveyance for hospital admission, registration and vaccination support etc. Widows, Veer Naris are being contacted on telephone to ascertain their welfare and needs if any. Many veterans and dependents have been benefitted out of this initiative. The veterans have appreciated this proactive step and lauded the efforts of the Tiger Division.
