Jammu: The Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday registered 835 new cases of COVID-19.

According to UT government’s daily bulletin, while Jammu division had 280 cases, Kashmir (555) raising the total number of active COVID cases to 5,623 including 3,935 in Kashmir. A total of 2019 people have so far died of COVID-19 in the Union Territory including 1,274 in Kashmir, it added.
