Jammu, November 21: Union Minister of Stte for Finance Anurag Thakur on Saturday said that BJP will “win every single seat” in DDC election for development and to defeat Pakistan and China in their evil agendas.
Anurag Thakur, who also happens to be Election Incharge of the party in the UT, while addressing series of meetings attended by BJP senior leaders at party headquarter here, focused on the different facets of elections. He said that these elections will be fought on the very ground level. He stressed on the need to take the achievements of Modi govt. to the common masses. He said that policies and schemes of Modi govt. has transformed life by benefitted every individual, progressing on the path of “Antodaya” and the party activists need to take these achievements to masses aggressively.
Thakur said that it is highly unfortunate that the political parties here are delivering statements in the support of Pakistan and China. He stressed that it is duty of BJP activists to ensure that these divisive forces are taught a good lesson in these elections and no person dares to speak against ‘Tiranga’ or in favour of Pakistan and China.
J&K BJP President Ravinder Raina and BJP General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul also addressed the meetings focused at the preparations of DDC elections in Jammu and Kashmir.
Ravinder Raina said that NC, PDP and Congress, the main constituents of Gupkar alliance have always promoted secessionism and separatism in the region. He said that after 70 years, J&K has witnessed a time when there is ground work on development and empowerment for every common person and stressed to expose Gupkar Gang before the masses.
Ashok Kaul in his address discussed the organizational matters pertaining to the elections in details with the party leaders. He asked all the leaders to ensure the formation of teams of dedicated activists at every level to approach every individual voter.
