Two Kashmiri militants held in Delhi
New Delhi, November 17: Two suspected Kashmiri militants were arrested along with two semi-automatic pistols and ten rounds on Monday night by special cell of the Delhi Police.
Identifying them as Abdul Latif, 22 and Ashraf Khatana, 20, both residents of Baramulla and Kupwara respectively, sources said that the police had on a specific tip-off laid a trap near Millennium Parl om Saraj Kale Khan area.
Earlier in August, Delhi Police’s Special Cell had arrested an ISIS operative Yusuf Khan after a brief exchange of fire and foiled a major terror plan to strike in the national capital.
